CYGN content is provided for informational, entertainment, and community-building purposes. You may not use the platform for unauthorized advertising, spamming, or disruptive behavior in Discord integrations or comment features.

3. User Conduct

Users interacting with content — including comments powered by our Discord community — must follow respectful and non-abusive behavior. Any reported misconduct may result in a ban from the Discord server or removal of visibility in community content.

4. Third-Party Services

Our platform integrates external services such as Discord (for community posts), YouTube and Twitch (for match broadcasts), and Google Analytics (for traffic insights). You are subject to each platform’s terms when interacting with their embedded content.

5. Intellectual Property

All match listings, graphics, branding, and content are owned by CYGN or used under license from Riot Games and Valve Corporation. Unauthorized reproduction, scraping, or redistribution of this content is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

CYGN provides its services “as-is.” We are not liable for downtime, errors in external streams (e.g., Twitch or YouTube), or disruptions in third-party APIs (e.g., Discord). We are also not liable for decisions made by users based on match listings or statistics.

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.
