Event Overview
- Duration: One-Day Event at GZone Gaming Center (Limassol).
- Players: 16 players competing in two stages.
- Format: Group Stage (3 Games) → Finals (3 Games).
- Game Mode: Teamfight Tactics (Standard Ranked Rules).
- Region/Server: All matches on EUW. All accounts must be on EUW.
Stage 1: Group Stage (3 Games)
- Players: All 16 players participate.
- Structure: Players are divided into 2 lobbies of 8 players each for the first game.
- Lobby Rotation: After each game, lobbies are rotated to ensure players face different opponents.
- Total Games: Each player plays 3 games in this stage.
- Advancement: After 3 games, total points are calculated. Top 8 players advance to the Finals.
Stage 2: Finals (3 Games)
- Players: Top 8 from Group Stage.
- Live Stream: Finals will be streamed live.
- Points Reset: All points reset to 0 for the Finals.
- Total Games: Players compete in 3 games in a single lobby.
- Winner: The player with the highest total points after all 3 finals games is crowned the TFT Tournament Champion.
Scoring System
Points are awarded based on placement in each game:

Note: Points are cumulative across all games in each stage.
Tiebreaker Rules
- Primary: Total points across all games.
- 1st Tiebreaker: Number of 1st place finishes.
- 2nd Tiebreaker: Number of top 4 finishes.
- 3rd Tiebreaker: Average placement across all games (lower is better).
- Final Tiebreaker: If still tied, a single tiebreaker game will be played between tied players.
Player & Account Rules
- Solo Competition: Individual players only (no teams).
- Game Mode: Teamfight Tactics on Standard Ranked settings.
- Region: All matches on EUW; all accounts must be EUW.
- Accounts: Players must use their own registered account. Account sharing/smurfing = disqualification.
- Account Lock: Registered accounts are locked and cannot be changed after registration.
Match Rules
- Punctuality: Be ready 20 minutes before each game – in the venue, logged into Riot and TFT clients, ready to join the lobby.
- No-Show: 10-minute grace period; then forfeit and 0 points for that game.
- Disconnects: Players are responsible for a stable connection. No remakes for disconnects unless it's a venue-wide issue.
- Cheating: Any cheats/exploits/third-party tools are strictly prohibited = immediate disqualification.
- Spectating: Eliminated players may spectate but must not communicate with active players during games.
- Comms: All players must be in the official Discord server for announcements and lobby coordination.
Registration & Fees
- Who Can Enter: Any player (up to 16 slots available, first-come-first-served).
- Entry Fee: €10 per player.
- Registration Deadline: Must register and pay 7 days before the event. Late registrations may be accepted if slots remain.
- Player Form: Submit your in-game name, profile photo/avatar, and contact details (Discord, email, phone).
Communication & Check-In
- We use Discord, email, and phone for announcements and lobby details.
- Players must check in at the venue at least 30 minutes before the tournament start time.
- Late arrival may result in forfeiting the first game (0 points).

Note: Prize pool details will be announced closer to the event date.
Sportsmanship & Conduct
- Zero tolerance for toxicity, harassment, hate speech, or unsportsmanlike behavior.
- Admins have final say on all rulings to preserve fairness and schedule.
- Violations may result in warnings, point deductions, or disqualification.

Data & Records Policy
By participating, you agree that the tournament organizers may retain your data indefinitely to preserve historical tournament records. Archived events on the website may include player names/nicknames, player photos, and match results/statistics.
Contact details (email, phone, Discord/socials) may be stored securely for future verification, player history tracking, and event communication. We never sell data and use it only for tournament purposes in line with applicable laws. To request data access or removal (where permitted), please contact us.
